Stress Management Workshop Information
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE - 2009) estimates the costs to society of work related stress to be around £4 billion each year, while 11.4 million working days were lost to stress in 2008/09. By taking action to reduce the problem, you can help create a more productive, healthy workforce and save money. Many organisations have reported improvements in productivity, retention of staff and a reduction in sickness absence after tackling work-related stress.

The first of these is our new unique Stress Management Workshop
What makes it unique?
This workshop is uniquely different from other stress management workshops. By using cutting edge techniques and provides coping strategies. This workshop will give you information on how to move towards creating a low stress working environment with self help tools.
